This meal is brought to you by MY Daughter! She did the meatballs almost all on her own. I just prepared the meat and she made all the balls from the meat. It actually worked great, as it was a perfect size for her little hands. She had a lot of fun and was very proud she could make all that! She also helped with the zucchini mousse – I had no idea that using a blender would make her so happy:)
Originally we only planned this meal with two trees and two meatballs ‘mushrooms’, but she wanted to add something more. So we added one toadstool and the moon. My husband and I had the same meal, but without the fancy presentation. That is yet another example of one meal for the whole family with two different styles, making everyone happy!
