Mickey Mouse snack

By Gosia

Preparation time:   | Servings: 1

My daughter is learning how to write letters and numbers at school and she likes that very much. When I saw a funny learning workbook with Disney characters in a bookstore, I thought she may like it. I gave it to her together with a snack of Mickey Mouse smiling face. She liked it a lot and was practicing writing for quite a while. She also learned how to write Mickey Mouse!

  • 2 round blue corn tortilla chips
  • 1 mini pita bread
  • 2 black olives
  • hummus
  • goat creamy cheese
  • tomato slice

Did you know that Walt Disney got the inspiration for Mickey Mouse from his old pet mouse he used to have on his farm?

Step1 Spread hummus on pita bread and place it on a plate to make Mickey's face. Use 2 chips to make his ears. Make 2 oval shapes from the cheese, using your fingers or a spoon. Cut 2 oval shapes from the black olive. Place the cheese and the olives on the pita bread to make Mickey's eyes. Cut a top of an olive to make the nose. Cut olive stripes to make the mouth. Cut a heart shape from the tomato to make the tongue. Enjoy!
