Are you a smoothie fan? I love homemade smoothies and I love to experiment with different fruits and flavors. I am so happy that my daughter also likes smoothies, as it is a great snack, simple to make and so healthy for kids. Summer is a perfect season for homemade smoothies with such a wide varieties of fresh fruits. This time we made it very easy, with just peach and bananas, but we added some yogurt and made a cute fruit sombrero on top. It was really delicious and my daughter asked for some more!
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 peach
- 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Preparation
Step1 Cut off a big slice of peach to be used for the sombrero and leave it aside. Cut 1/3 of banana and leave it aside as well. Peel off the rest of the peach and cut it into slices. Cut the rest of the banana into slices. Mix the fruits with yogurt and add honey. Adjust its quantity to your taste, if needed.
