One of my tricks to make my daughter eat fruits and veggies is to sneak them into her meals somehow… It works really great each time! This time, I have made her some peach muffins, which she loved, although she doesn’t like peaches too much.
This ‘sunflower’ project started at my daughter’s school. All kids in her class discovered different kinds of seeds and learned how they grew. They were asked to select seeds they liked and then planted them in small plastic cups. This gardening adventure inspired me to make a little surprise for my daughter. One day I prepared a peach and blackberry sunflower for her dessert:)
Are you a smoothie fan? If yes, then I have a great, simple and funny smoothie recipe for you! This time I made it with just peach, bananas and yogurt but I made a cute fruit sombrero on top. Summer is a perfect season for homemade smoothies, so try it out!
