We have made these stuffed eggplant boats inspired by all the amazing sailing boats we have seen last weekend. It was the first time my daughter has seen a big port full of all kind of boats. She was really impressed and was talking about sailing on our way back home…

Delicious vegetables: eggplant, zucchini, mushroom and tomato served with couscous and a slice of cheese. Presented as a camel in a desert will quickly disappear from the plate.
