Summer time is great to prepare all kinds of healthy jams and juices for the cold winter days. One of my favorite is a homemade blackcurrant jam and it is about the time to make it now! My daughter simply loves the bread with butter and blackcurrant jam. Give it a try too!
There is nothing better than a refreshing fruity popsicle for the hot summer days. Healthy and cold they are a perfect way to sneak some fruits into the little tummies. My daughter loves them and what is really amazing, she even likes the pops made out of fruits she is normally reluctant to eat. So the fact that they are mixed, frozen and presented on the stick makes miracles:)
One of my daughter’s favorite soup is homemade tomato soup that I always make from fresh tomatoes. This time, I have added some funny cheesy letters to her soup bowl and made it with ABC pasta. She had a lot of fun fishing all the letters with her spoon:)
